Delivery is fulfilled by DHL. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, our delivery time is within 3-14 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order payment. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier’s tracking portal.

For orders outside the EU: Please note that the product price doesn't include taxes or duties which will need to be paid upon reception of the goods.

All products are shipped from Germany. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
